Every project begins with a planning review — what the local authority is likely to accept, where permitted development applies, and what a full application needs to succeed.
Structural drawings are done in-house alongside the design. We make sure the structure works before the design is finished, not after.
We carry out site visits before design to make sure the drawings are based on real site conditions. The design is then developed for planning approval.
